Where will my massage or bodywork session take place?
Your massage or bodywork session will take place in my comfortable massage office located inside Cuts by Courtney.

Must I be completely undressed?
No, please wear as much as you'd like. If you'd prefer not to wear clothes, I use proper draping techniques at all times. Meaning I only undrape the limb/body part that I am working on.

Will the practitioner be present when I disrobe?
No, I will leave the room for your privacy.

Will I be covered during the session?
Yes, I basically tuck you into a cozy cocoon.

What parts of my body will be massaged?
Your choice! I do not massage areas that are covered by a tiny bathing suit.

What will the massage or bodywork feel like?

Your choice! You let me know how firm you want to be touched. Mix and match the pressure, if that's what you need. The more feedback you give me, the more I can meet your needs.

Are there different kinds of massage and bodywork?
Yes, there are thousands of different kinds! Most importantly, tell me what your goal is (i.e. pain relief, relaxation, invigorated, balanced, etc.) and we will mix and match modalities to give you the best session ever.

What should I do during the massage or bodywork session?
You're welcome to fall asleep or talk the whole time. I only speak if I have a question on how to better serve you. Please speak up if you need anything adjusted whether it's the pressure, style, temperature or music.

How will I feel after the massage or bodywork session?

Mix and match: relaxed, focused, rejuvenated, pain reduction, increased mobility, etc.

What are the benefits of massage and bodywork?
Decreased pain, increased serotonin (28%), increased dopamine (28%), increased endorphins (16%), increase Gaba (36%), improved sleep patterns, breathe easier, more flexible, increased ability to function better. You name it-we'll try it!

Are there any medical conditions that would make massage or bodywork inadvisable?
Yes, please contact me to discuss the details. If your situation is out of my scope of practice, I will point you in a better direction.
